Life is full of beautiful moments, and surprisingly they show up when you aren't in the best of situations. Last Sunday Bailey had her first high fever. She still smiled but she wasn't her regular bubbly self. She is normally a very cuddly child, but she usually saves those moments for her mommy or daddy when they are putting her to bed. However, during our Sunday fellowship last week she just wasn't feeling up to being perky so she settled onto her daddy's chest while we sang, and relaxed to the steady strong beat of his heart. I remember feeling that kind of comfort from my dad when I was a little girl, and it is such a wonderful gift to see my daughter safe in the arms of her loving daddy.
