No Business like Show Business

That basically sums it up. If we had desires to be in show biz we might just be reconsidering now. Thankfully we didn't so all we have is a bit of frustration. I, Chris, arrived here a few days ago and it is apparent that they aren't giving Liz what she needs to compete. It makes no sense but there is not a whole lot we can do. They are not giving Liz any rehearsal time and no chance to be prepared for the competitions on the 26th. It is extremely frustrating and unfair but it will be alright. We are just hoping that our attitudes and actions remain above reproach and that we just remember that there are much better things awaiting us back home in Kunming. We don't have any eggs in this basket any more and Liz is tired of eating fried eggs every morning anyways. This door has not closed so we will continue to wait. Hopefully it will work out. As for me, it's time to go meet up with my friend Mr. Hazel Nut Latte.
