Christmas Eve at Chicago Coffee

7 days and counting to the grand opening. Last night, Christmas Eve, we had a celebration with our staff and a few of our friends. The pictures don't show everyone but we had 25 people celebrating with us. Each of our staff inviting a friend and we had three of our close friends there as well. Lots of turkey once again, 25 pounds to be exact. We also offered our exclusive Katie/Meghan designed desserts. We had 20 pieces of Cheesecake, 40 Chocolate Chunk Cookies, 40 Double Chocolate Chip Bars, 40 Peanut and Chocolate Chip bars, and two pies.
