"pook"- book
"pook"- poop
(yes they're the same. it's all about context except that she likes to sit on her potty chair with a book so that can get confusing.)
"waga"- water
"yoga"- yogurt
"picka"- blanket
"bible"- bottle
"Bible"- Bible (once again it's all about context)
"kicka"- cracker
"ebida"- elephant
"poon"- spoon
"all D"- all done
And here are some words that she says that are actually part of the English language:
hot
cold
EAT!
ball
Bode
tea
bath
cookie
cheese
APPLE JUICE
go
out
night night
peace
help me
please
She can point to all of her body parts. Make numerous animal sounds, and she is speaking some Chinese as well.
"Xie xie"- thank you
"hao chi"- delicious- which when she says it sometimes sounds like "ah choo" which is hilarious.
"gou"- dog
"mao"- cat
Like I said, it is so fun to see her language skills develop in both languages. Every day we can communicate more and more. She understands so much more than she speaks, and it's just awesome to see her little brain working and processing. I think she'll be a talking like crazy by the time she becomes a big sister!!
